Virtual Holiday Peer Support Group

Worried about the stress and chaos of the holiday season?

Want ADHD-specific support?

Are you wondering how you, as an adult, can get some help?

I will be hosting 2 different Holiday Peer Support Groups for ADHD parents and ADHD adults on Tuesday, Nov 15th and Tuesday, Dec 13th. They will each last 1 hour and cost per support group is $5 CAD (roughly $3.70 USD)

The Problem

I think I have ADHD, Now What?

Most support and content surrounding ADHD have been created for parents or kids, not for adults who have ADHD themselves.

Do you feel overwhelmed or often find it difficult to find resources that make sense for you?

Where do you start trying to help yourself when it feels like the world was not made for you?

Can you relate:

  • Are you worried about losing your job due to your ADHD struggles?
  • Do you feel like you are drowning in household chores?
  • Are you often running late?
  • Do you feel like you never know what to do and want to hide?
  • Are you ready for help?

Statistics

Scary Reality

Did you know that adults with ADHD are five times more likely to attempt suicide than their neurotypical peers? It is recommended to use a series of supports when dealing with Adult ADHD. Medication is only one option. Education and coaching is a wonderful way to support. Do you need help with:

  • Develop structures for organizing your life
  • Make plans and set goals
  • Discover step by step techniques
  • Get and stay motivated
  • Develop time management skill

Highly recommend! This ADHD-friendly course gave me insight into how and why my ADHD brain works. With the RSCEC process I can ‘interview’ myself, ask questions that help me realize the bigger picture and what obstacles are in my way. Now I have tools that can help me thrive!

An absolutely excellent course, it really helped give me an understanding of ADHD after getting newly diagnosed as an adult and Laura is fantastic at breaking down individual problems and providing simple and tangible solutions to everyday life problems. Thanks Laura!

I took the ADHD Mama course and I appreciate so much the things I learned about my brain and how to work with it. I have so much material to review and what was so exciting was when I could immediately apply identify struggles and then the ask for the support in my life.

About Us

Hi, I’m Laura – the ADHD Mama

Hi, I’m Laura – The ADHD Mama, ADHD Coach and Educator. I’m also the creator of the Tame the Turmoil – Adult ADHD course.

I have spent over 21 years as an instructor. For the past four years, I’ve helped over 1 million adults, parents, teachers, therapists, and physicians understand more about ADHD and how to support those who have ADHD.

Struggling with my own ADHD as an adult I searched for information and content online to help. There was only content for parents. I took things into my own hands and started creating content online to help myself and others. since then we have reached over 3 million people in 50 different countries around the world. Not only teaching about ADHD but what can you actually do with it in step by step practical ways.
