Master Instructor

Laura The ADHD Mama

Hi, I’m Laura – The ADHD Mama, ADHD Coach and Educator. I’m also the creator of The ADHD Mama on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube; which gets over 2 million views a year.

I have spent over 21 years as an instructor working with youth and adults. For the past four years, I’ve helped over 10,000 parents, teachers, therapists, and pediatricians understand more about ADHD and how to support ADHD children.

I haven’t always felt like a successful, confident mother who knew how to support my ADHD children. For the first 5 years of motherhood I felt like a complete failure despite having ADHD myself. I read every book, blog, and watched every video I could find. I couldn’t find the content I was looking for online, so I started to make it myself.

Learning about ADHD and adjusting my own parenting is what made the world of a difference.

Laura helps individuals, families, and schools with the challenges of ADHD.  Her approach blends education, collaborative problem-solving, and accountability, with compassion, and humour. Focusing on strengths and growth.

Laura’s passion and raw honesty has helped me as a mom of a 12yo girl dx with ADHD. In a few months of using her resources, there has been an incredible shift in my daughter. Having a mom who understands her brain vs the medical knowledge of adhd has been life changing. Many tears have been shed and light bulb moments. So thankful for Laura and every person who contributes in the world so that she can share them. You are all making an impact in human’s lives.

As a parent with a child with ADHD as well as a professional in working with behaviour therapy strategies, this was a great introductory course from ADHD Mama. Explaining the science behind the ADHD and having a specific strategy to use is a great balance of information and practicality. Laura was engaging and passionate and a joy to learn from!

Your employees can decide whether they want to attend the presentation as a group or individually on their own devices. (Or a hybrid of the two.)

Each device used to access the live, online presentation must have the Zoom webinar plugin installed. Functional microphone and speakers are needed. A projection screen is essential if your staff is attending as a group.

A recording of the presentation will be made available to you within 24 hours of the presentation.

Is there a limit to how many people can attend?

No. The cost of our presentations is not dependent on the number of participants. Please feel free to open your event to the public.

What technology is required for the in-person presentation?

For the live presentation, you’ll need a projection screen. Laura will bring her own computer (a PC) as well as the required adaptor cables.

A functional microphone is also required for Laura. If one is available, a wireless microphone is ideal.

Participants will also require a writing surface.

Printing and distributing the presentation handouts and activity papers will be your responsibility. Prior to the presentation, these will be sent.

I have other questions, who can I ask?
